8.10.2013: I said elsewhere that I don’t like pizza; I lied. Creamy roasted garlic chicken pizza and barbecue chicken pizza.
8.6.2013: Teriyaki chicken from Nancy Singleton Hachisu’s Japanese Farm Food, edamame steamed rice, some very lovely Persian cucumbers, and a fried egg because I can.
8.5.2013: Salt and pepper squid, tomato and egg soup, steamed rice.
8.4.2013: Sunday supper that makes me happy — Mexican food with lemon raspberry semifreddo.
8.3.2013: Weekend brunch with Waffles of Insane Greatness (i.e. The Best Waffles I’ve Ever Made or Eaten). I’ve even come to memorize the recipe because it is so good.
8.1.2013: Noodle soup with crispy chicken, bok choy and chili sauce.
7.31.2013: Okonomiyaki with bacon and sriracha mayonnaise.
7.30.2013: Milk poached chicken and mustard cream sauce with corn and peas over noodles.
7.29.2013: Pork meatballs, couscous with zucchini, sultanas and pine nuts.
